The battery charger is not approved for use in Australia. The supplier has received reports of smoke and/or burning smell from the scooter/charger unit.
The hazards to consumers
There is a risk of fire associated the product.
What consumers should do
Stop using the charger immediately, switch off the power at the socket outlet and unplug it from the socket outlet. Do not use the scooter.
