2 litre rubber hot water bottles. The hot water bottles can be identified by the year stamped 08 and 09 year located on the reverse side of the bottle neck. The hot water bottles were offered for sale at Franklins stores throughout NSW from March 2008 through to September 2009.

Reason the product is recalled
The hot water bottles have been identified as having insufficient seam strength, not being the required thickness and the filling aperture (opening) not being the required size.
The hazards to consumers
There is concern that these hot water bottles may leak, split or burst causing serious burns
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using these products and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
