Reason the product is recalled
The ball stud and socket assemblies on some drag links may have bearing surfaces with less than the specified case depth or hardness. Under these conditions it is possible they may reach their wear limit prematurely, resulting in a separation of the ball stud from the socket. This condition could cause a full or partial loss of vehicle steering control.

Loss of vehicle steering control.
