A nut inside the chassis can come loose and fall between the electrical coils.

If the defect occurs, this may pose an electrical shock hazard to consumers.
What consumers should do
Consumer should immediately stop using the amplifiers and arrange to return the unit to Amber Technology for assessment. Affected units will be repaired or replaced. Customers should contact Amber Technology on 1800 251 367 to arrange for a returns-authorisation number prior to returning the unit.
