Reason the product is recalled
A fault with the bottle top can cause a section of the top to break off if the product is subjected to extreme treatment over a period of time. This could in turn create a possible choking hazard.

Please phone the free Helpline 1800 88 55 74 and leave your contact details, and details of the store from which the product was purchased. A pre-paid envelope will be sent to you to allow the item to be returned and the purchase price will be refunded.
