Reason the product is recalled

The black USB cable can overheat and catch on fire.

The hazards to consumers

Risk of serious injury, death and property damage if the cable overheats and catches on fire.
Incidents of the cable overheating and melting or burning paper have occurred.

What consumers should do

  1. Immediately stop using the black USB charging cable and unplug it from the Bluetooth speaker.
  2. Cut the black USB charging cable in half and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations. Do not use it with the Bluetooth speaker or any other device.
  3. Complete the form to confirm you have cut and disposed of the black USB charging cable on the following website: https://afl-forms.formstack.com/forms/superkick_speaker_recall.
  4. Wait for the replacement white USB cable before charging your speaker.
