These batches were manufactured by Pan Pharmaceuticals Ltd in the period since 1 May 2002 and due to serious concerns over manufacturing processes their quality and safety are unable to be assured. These batches have been unintentionally re-supplied.

If you have a bottle of guardian vitamin C 500mg 250 tablets from either batch number 78403 or 78404, do not use it. Return the product to the Guardian Pharmacy you purchased it from for a full refund.
