Reason the product is recalled
The mandatory standard for bean bags requires that all openings of a bean bag be fitted with a zip with its tag removed. Small quantities of the Funky Lounge have been supplied with the zip tag attached.
The hazards to consumers
Young children may be able to open the bean bag and gain access posing a suffocation hazard or inhale the polystyrene beads, causing a choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Products with the zip tag attached should immediately be returned to the place of purchase for a FULL REFUND or REPLACEMENT.
