Reason the product is recalled
Vehicles built before 9 March 2015 were manufactured with improperly molded fuel pump retainer nuts.
The hazards to consumers
During use, the fuel pump retainer nut may crack near the top of the cap. This could cause a fuel leak, which could create a fire hazard.
What consumers should do
Do not operate your vehicle until repairs have been completed. Affected customers will be notified by letter. Customers can contact their nearest Polaris dealer to arrange for a repair.
