Units may short circuit and overheat. In extreme cases, the plastic can deform and damage the Ipod Touch.

There is potential for minor burns or property damage.

What consumers should do

Consumers should contact Mophie online (www.mophie.com/exchange), fill in their details, and Mophie will issue a RMA number for the return of the defective product.

Consumer should then return the product to Mophie. Mophie will send out a replacement product free of charge.
