The product has been sold through various distribution channels nationwide since 1 May 2007. All affected pads do not have + sign before and after the wording - "Wear Safety Goggles" as shown in the picture below.
Reasons the product is recalled
The Rubber Sanding/Polishing Pad is being recalled due to the rubber pad coming apart should the Sanding/Polishing Pad be run at excessive speeds. This has the potential to cause an injury.
