Wood toys made with wooden beads and bells that were sold as both Play Bar additions and individually.
What are the defects?
The Hexx and Tinkerbell toys could break if the ribbon snaps causing the beads and bell to come loose.
What are the hazards?
Small parts present a potential choking hazard.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should remove the toy/toys from the child and stop using the Hexx and Tinkerbell toys immediately. Return the Hexx and Tinkerbell toy to the below address along with return address details to receive a toy/toys to the same value. Those who return the toys for an exchange will also receive a free Little Space Change Mat valued at $35AUD. Alternatively you can request a refund for the value of the toys.
