Reasons the product is recalled
These products do not meet the requirements of the mandatory standard for toys for children 0-36 months of age. Small plastic parts may detach from the toy trays.
The hazards to consumers
The items may produce small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children.
What consumers should do
The toy tray and toy accessories should immediately be removed from the walkers and discarded. Customers may register their details with C.O. White Pty Ltd to receive a replacement toy tray. Customers can continue to use the walker once the toy tray has been removed.
