Jolly Versatile Playpen Code HPP005.The moulded plastic playpen has been sold for the past 4 years Australia wide at various retailers including baby goods stores and toy stores.
Reasons the product is recalled
The round black rubber feet on the bottom of the playpen can release resulting in a choking inhalation hazard to young children.
The hazards to consumers
Ingestion/inhalation.
What consumers should do
Stop using the playpen immediately. Either remove and dispose of all the round black rubber feet on the playpen before using the playpen again or contact Jolly Kids on (02) 9620 2424 to discuss further options.
