Urban Crafter Block House Candle Kit is a decorative Do It Yourself craft kit containing wooden block houses, some paints and brushes.
Reasons the product is recalled
If a candle is lit in the Wooden Block Houses, a fire may alight. The item therefore fails to comply with the requirements of the ban on combustible candle holders, Consumer Protection Notice No.12 of 2011.
The hazards to consumers
Burns, serious injury or death can occur if candle holders catch alight and cause a fire.
What consumers should do
Consumers should return the item to any Riot Art & Craft store nationally for a full refund. No receipt is required. Consumers can call 0395557350 if they have any questions.
