What are the defects?
Stokke Steps Bouncer set accessory may not attach properly to the Stokke Steps high chair, even though the locking indicator turns green. If someone leans on or hangs off the back of the high chair, this may cause the product to detach from the high chair. This defect only occurs when the Stokke Steps High Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer are used together.
What are the hazards?
If the defect occurs while in use, the bouncer may detach from the chair. This could result in a fall or serious injury to a child.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the combination of Stokke Steps Chair and Bouncer, and go to https://reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer to check whether their Bouncer is affected.
If the Bouncer is verified as affected, consumers should continue their registration to receive instructions on how to get their product repaired. Please visit the above website for verification of product and registration.
For more information, Stokke can be reached via email at info@exquira.com.au or by calling 1300 814 557.
