What are the defects?
In rare cases when the candle is alight the surface of the wax may ignite causing a fire hazard. This may also lead to the glass jar shattering due to the excessive heat.
What are the hazards?
The defect may pose a risk of injury from the naked flame or broken glass.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the candle and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
