Due to a manufacturing defect, the mug may break unexpectedly and have its base detach when hot liquid is poured into the mug.

There is a significant risk of cuts and burns by scalding if the mug breaks during use.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the product immediately.
Consumers should return the product to any Country Road store to receive a full refund or replacement mug of a different design.
