Why the product is recalled
In affected golf cars, the headlight and USB plug fitted may not comply with the Australian Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards.
What the hazards are to consumers
There is a risk of electromagnetic inference with sensitive electrical equipment or impact on other electronic devices as a result of a radio frequency emitted from a non-compliant headlight or USB plug.
What consumers should do
Affected consumers should contact their local Yamaha dealer for an appointment to have the golf car inspected. If necessary, the part/s will be replaced free of charge.
