Reason the product is recalled

A small percentage of the Products may have fixing bolts affected by hydrogen embrittlement.

The hazards to consumers

If the fixing bolt is affected by hydrogen embrittlement it may break and the fork may separate, causing a fall hazard.

What consumers should do

Consumers should stop using bicycles which incorporate fork models M3010, M3020, M3030, NEX and XCT which have serial date codes between K#141101 to K#150127 and return them to the store where they were purchased for inspection and possible repair.
