Reason the product is recalled
The power lead passing through the lamps head fixture is missing its outer sheath protection. Inner power wires may become exposed through regular use of the adjustable head.
The hazards to consumers
Risk of electric shock or electrocution causing injury or death.
What consumers should do
Immediately stop using the lamp by unplugging from the mains power outlet. Consumers should return the lamp to any Early Settler store for a full refund or store credit.
