Reason the product is recalled
It has been ascertained that some bolts were damaged and some bolts may have been replaced by users. In certain cases, those bolts replaced by consumers did not meet the required strength class.
The hazards to consumers
If the bolts are damaged, or have not been used as instructed, the entire device could fail. If this occurs serious injury or death may occur.
What consumers should do
Bolts should be tightened to the required torque and regularly inspected.
