What are the defects?
When a child is placed in the cot with the changing table in place, against posted warnings, child can become caught in looped restraint strap that hangs below the changing table and strangle.
What are the hazards?
Strangulation.
What should consumers do?
Always remove changing table attachment from portable cot before placing your child in the cot. Request a replacement non-looped strap from Born with Style on (02) 9816 3837.
