Reason the product is recalled
A diaphragm fault in the primary regulator may result in a greater than normal amount of gas being vented into the atmosphere. There is a risk from exposing a naked flame or spark to a concentration of gas that has been unable to disperse.
The hazards to consumers
Explosion.
What consumers should do
If the regulator appears to be leaking or there is a strong smell of gas, turn off the gas supply at the cylinder and do not use. Contact 1300 555 545 without delay to arrange for the regulator to be replaced free of charge.
