Affected models: Black Pearl 1. Blend S. Icon Moto. Five Star Park. Black Pearl 2. Blend 1. Black Pearl 3. Blend 2. Blend 3. Blend 16. The problem forks are limited to those with an "Aricle" date code that includes "2006-8". The product was available for sale in Australia from October 2006 until January 2007.
Reasons the product is recalled
A small number of Mirraco bicycles were made with a fork that was welded incorrectly. The weld could break, which could allow the steer to rotate in the crown or the fork to separate.
