What are the defects?
The floats within the vests may potentially separate, moving from the front to the back.
What are the hazards?
Movement of the floats within the vest affects buoyancy of the product, compromising balance in the water and presenting a potential drowning hazard.
What should consumers do?
If you have an affected float vest please stop using it immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
